Road Wrench Mechanics – Mobile Service Rates

Standard Hours:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Labor: $150/hour (one-hour minimum)

• Dispatch Fee: $250 per call-out
  Includes drive time + up to 1 hour on-site diagnosis

  (within service range)

• Mileage: Included within service area. $2/mile round-trip beyond standard service area

• Billing: Minimum one-hour charge. Estimates will be sent out for approval before repairs are made. Payments must be paid in full before the release of the unit

After-Hours / Weekends / Holidays:

• Labor: $200/hour (one-hour minimum)

• Dispatch Fee: $300 per call-out
  Includes drive time + up to 1 hour on-site diagnosis

  (within service range)

• Mileage: Included within service area. $3/mile round-trip beyond standard service area

• Billing: Minimum one-hour charge. Estimates will be sent out for approval before repairs are made. Payments must be paid in full before the release of the unit

Notes:

• Dispatch fee is charged per visit and is not credited toward labor. Non-refundable.

• After-hours rates apply outside 8AM–6PM M–F and on all weekends/major holidays.

• Service range includes I-5 exits 88–125 (Tumwater to Lakewood).

• Parts are subject to a markup.

• Mileage is calculated round-trip from Lacey, WA.
